The Escort Radar US mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Escort, Inc. (“Escort Radar US”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Escort Radar US’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Escort Radar US through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Escort Radar US. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18336112691 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Escort Radar US mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

UPS Orders placed by 5:00 PM EDT or USPS by 12 PM EDT Monday – Friday will usually ship same day for in stock items.  We do not ship on weekends.  Please refer to our shipping terms for further information on when your order will ship.  Most orders are signature required. Weather conditions can impact shipping times.

Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. All standard deliveries are Monday-Friday only. 

Certain orders may require additional days to process prior to shipping. In addition, Holidays may also impact processing and shipping time frame. Occasionally, items may not ship due to inventory depletion. If you need your item to be expedited, we recommend calling Sales at 800-543-1608.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Once your order has been accepted and processed, you will receive an email that will include the shipping carrier and tracking information.

Free ground shipping is included to 10 provinces.

We require a physical address for shipping. Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please select 2-day or next day air for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.

Shipping time frames can be impacted by carrier delays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events. Shipping refunds are not available in these situations. If your package is delayed with the carrier, please check the carrier website for shipping updates.

**For your protection, some orders may require a signature for delivery.

Before calling or contacting us about a lost package, be sure to do all of the following:

1. Ask anyone else living at the house if they’ve seen it. Someone may have brought it inside without saying anything. 
2. Contact the main apartment office building. At times, carriers will deliver packages to a main office if they do not feel comfortable leaving elsewhere. 
3. Check with your neighbors or the immediate area. We often see packages are left at a side door or near the garage door to hide them from being visible at your front door. Unfortunately this also hides them from you too. 
4. Make sure to wait until the complete end of the day to get the delivery. Drivers are working hard to deliver many packages and in some areas are delivering late at night, or a package may have incorrectly been marked as delivered while on the truck, but will be found at the end of the day and delivered to you.

CANCELING ORDERS PLACED ON ESCORTRADAR.COM

To submit a cancellation request for Escortradar.com please email ordercancel@cedarelectronics.com. Please note that we typically process orders quickly, and oftentimes outside of our normal Customer Care Center business hours. For this reason, most orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please consider this carefully. You are welcome to submit a cancellation request, and while we will make every effort to honor it, we cannot guarantee success.

  If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your card will not be charged, but a fund authorization will hold until released by your bank.  

 If you did not make the cancellation window, your order will ship out, but you can refuse the order upon delivery or send it back for a refund (shipping charges are not refundable) Please visit our Order Return sectionfor complete instructions on how to return your order. When we receive it, we will process your refund, typically within 5-7 business days, and email you once the refund is complete.
